They have finally let Julian do more than be a guest spoiler or BrookeDavis' (TM) lapdog. They written some stronger storylines and a chance for Austin to make a three dimensional character from a two dimensional beginning.There is still that quirk to Julian that makes him so appealing, but they've given him more to do and a more people in his adventures. One reason that this season is so much stronger than the last two:
less time playing off of Sophia's character and more time working with other actors. The difference is noticeable.Anyone else think of Monty Python?
