Is it another case of someone in the background but this time not seen by the long arm of the lens.
Maybe he was having brunch with someone who listed Ammo as one of his favorite places.
On Sunday I'll get up and go to breakfast at a nice, relaxed place on Highland called Ammo, sort of upscale American cuisine. They have this great blood-orange juice, which is my favorite drink in the whole city.But brunch was Sunday. How could that be? That could never be. It's impossible! ; )

Maybe Jake is doing a little movie mash up with a little watch of EoW and the misdirection of Now You See Me while he went undercover or (covers) nowhere near where people assume he is.
