And it's starting in India, February 10th, and then releases wider in March in the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Denmark, Hungary, and Sweden. Austin will get seen by his fellow Dutchmen on the big screen in Belgium and the Netherlands in April. Then LOL reaches Germany in May and the UK in June.
But what about the US?
Well there still isn't a definitive date but rumors it will open in March or April.
What's the deal?
A combination of things. One reason it was pull and pushed back was because of Miley's bit of less than good girl behavior in real life.

Is FNL the only time people will see Austin as "The Teach"?
Then there is other reason. Money. Apparently Lionsgate is low on funds and can’t afford the promotion for the movie. They're counting on the hot new franchise movie “The Hunger Games“, co-starring Miley’s boyfriend, to help boost the coffers to support LOL's release.
And that other cash plagued movie, this one, Jake's? When is Nailed coming out? Is it ever? Good question. The mystery continues in 2012.
