grade 2 - more swelling/pain for 4-6 weeks
grade 3 - worse swelling/pain for 8-12 weeks
correct healing techniques are required for full recovery

RICE right away is an important part
and obtain advice from a doctor

physical therapy and exercise
will reduce swelling/pain, and strengthen ankle muscles

incorrect treatment is case for future issues
and increased chance of re-injury
