Austin's in the first story entitled Charlotte. Charlotte, takes place the night man first walks on the moon in July 1969,
"when a young Pearl is more concerned about why her family is not letting her see her mother, Charlotte (Ginnifer Goodwin), who lies in her bedroom dying from breast cancer."The story is told from the perspective of the little girl Pearl, who grows up to become a doctor, played by Jeanne Tripplehorn, who interconnects all five stories.
Charlotte also stars Josh Holloway, Annie Potts, Jennifer Morrison,Bob Newhart, Annie Potts and Ava Acres as Pearl.

Men have a 1 in 1000 chance of getting breast cancer. This year in the US:
About 2,140 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed among men and about 450 men will die from breast cancer.
