Spoke to Mark tonight and we touched on planning for next year.
Rather than playing 'one-off' battles using different rule sets, the idea will be to run monthly campaigns using different rule sets - allowing us all to get more used to each main rule set and to give more reason for playing through the month.
So we'll be having a month of Grand Armee (Napoleonics), DBA (my Rise of Rome campaign), Spearhead (either desert warfare OR the race to Leningrad OR the race to Berlin...), POW Renaissance (English Civil War), POW 18th C (hopefully more Clive in India), Victory at Sea (probably the Pacific but possibly sinking the Bismark), FOG (maybe a War of the Roses campaign), a Watch Your 6 campaign based on the USAAF bombing Germany - plus a few one-offs as well.
We've all got plans so the horse trading will begin next week.
