I have (however) come accross Tridente Bologna - an Italian company who produce 10mm figures, scenery etc.
They have a modular hex system that allows almost unlimited permutations - and the hexes can be bought unpainted, thereby allowing you to develop your own scenery based on requirements.
The unpainted hexes some in at 0,30 Euro each (20p?) and measure about 140mm wide.
