28mm vs 6mm continued

An interesting point.  After my tongue-in-cheek comments about 28mm and 6mm gaming we finished off the Milne Bay mini-campaign at Deeside Defenders on Thursday (6mm Australians vs Japanese) and the subject was raised again.

Ian pointed out that we were the only table in the club using 6mm figures.  Every other table was using 28mm figures (I assume Battletech counts as 28mm), essentially making us the weirdos for using the mini scale.

He also suggested that roughly 75% of gaming is done in the larger scale.  To emphasise the point, John whipped out his excellent ACW figures (28mm) and also talked about doing another commission of Napoleonic figures (28mm) in the near future.

So I clearly stand corrected.  Keep calm and carry on!
