It had to be done. As part of the overall Samurai overload I had to finish off the FOG collection with the Empires of the Dragon sourcebook for Field of Glory.
This one covers a huge area of the world and a huge period of time (from 1300BC to 1500AD - so plenty to go at. The Chinese states alone offer a bewildering amount of options - including the immense Ming portable rocket launcher. Face it, you'd be happy to build a Ming army just to get your hands on these bad boys.
The Japanese are well represented - certainly any period up to the 16th C is covered and by having Koreans, Chinese and Mongols around, the possibilities are endless. I'll probably base my 6mm Japanese for FOG as the bases can pretty much double for DBx and (using sub-bases) can also be used for Impetus as well.
Some interesting news as well. Spoke to Pete at Baccus and he informed me that he will soon be looking at the Far East for troops (I'm assuming Chinese and Koreans) - which will be great!
